Taklobo Tours 2017

I'm not really a big fan of beaches and oceans because of their salty taste and I've thought that I've explored all that Samal Island has to offer from beaches, island hopping, Hagimit falls, seeing dolphins and others. I was so used to Samal that it surprises me when people from other regions would see its white sand and are amazed by it when it's what I've always seen but wait there's more! There's still the rich underwater life of Samal and one way to explore it is through the Taklobo Tours. What is Taklobo? Taklobo is a local term for Giant Clams. These are one of the most endangered clam species and these clams can be seen in Samal and you can swim with them through Taklobo Tours. Taklobo Tours is located at Barangay Adecor at Island Garden City of Samal. Seagull Mountain Resort 2016

Davao City is famous for its location being one ride away to well known beaches and resorts and fast growing downtown area but aside from these Davao City also has its own little Baguio where you can experience cold temperature, trek mountains, chase falls and even pick strawberries. This part of Davao City is called Marilog District where you can find many resorts to stay if you can to have a quiet resting place away from the city. One of the well known resorts in the area is Seagull Mountain Resort. It's a 1-2 hour ride from the city proper. It is located at the Bukidnon-Davao (Buda) Road. It's a great place to spend time with your loved ones or even by yourself. I have been here three times: 2014 with my TCPNEP friends, 2016 with my workmates and recently, last new year with my boyfriend's family .  During my first time in the place, we stayed overnight and rented their tents at the campsite. Roseville Christmas Mansion

The tarpaulin at the entrance. Roseville Christmas Mansion is the newest Christmas Attraction in Davao City. It has been the talk of the town for the past few weeks and yesterday, we finally made a visit.  The place is crowded when we came in at around 7 pm after church on a Sunday. How to get there: Ride a jeepney bound to Damosa. Walk a few meters to get pass the gasoline station where the tricycles bound for Roseville Subdivision is found. Tell the driver to take you to Roseville Christmas Mansion and they'll tell you the vehicle bound there. How much does it cost: It costs Php 30.00 for Adults and Php 20.00 for Kids.
